The partnership with us works on a commission basis. We will provide you with insurance products, back-office support through our dedicated team, as well as marketing and customer retention aid, and you will earn a fixed commission taken out of the insurance premiums, established in the partnership contract. Additionally, you will be incentivised to grow your business through bonus programs unique to the Transilvania Broker network.


What is a Transilvania Broker franchise?
Transilvania Broker franchises are self-contained entities that sign a partnership contract with the company. These can be both Individual Persons represented by a single individual, and Legal Persons formed from agent structures. Correspondingly to their size, the structures within these franchises can be divided into 4 levels: Regional Director, Unit Manager, Agent, Junior Agent.
What costs are there?
Transilvania Broker does not charge any joining fees to future partners. The only costs that you need to provide are the ones regarding your location and the smooth operation of your franchise.

To begin a Transilvania Broker partner, you will need only the following:
• A space with a reasonable location, size and a neutral design;
• Computer, fax machine, printer and scanner;
• Internet connection;
• Relevant experience in the insurance industry.
